COSTUMES

Styles and designs come in and out of fashion so quickly, some costumes can look to dated on results.
Every costume should match the style/age section of the dancer.
Image is very important during the competitions and we pride ourselves in looking presentable and to be taken seriously at competitions.

Only black wear to be worn or our dance uniform during classes and privates unless it is a fun class.
This prevents the dancer looking untidy and translate to the dancer focusing on training.
It helps the dancer understand they are attending a structured, disciplined class. Hair must be tied back and not cause any distractions.
Fun classes uniform in NOT permitted. Trainers and comfortable attire. You are welcome Tom purchase a TLA Academy T-shirt if you wish. Please see the uniform page for sizes and wear.
